1. What this service is today

ShopDomainName currently provides two things: a free domain valuation tool and a waitlist for a domain marketplace that is in development. The marketplace is not yet available. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, broker, or transfer any domain name, and no transactions can be made through the site at this time. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Valuations are estimates

Valuations are automated, deterministic estimates derived from structural characteristics of a name (such as length, extension, pronounceability, and composition). They are provided for general information only. They are not appraisals, not financial or investment advice, and not a promise that any domain can be bought or sold at any price. Registration-status checks rely on public registry (RDAP) data and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on the tool for purchasing, selling, lending, tax, or legal decisions.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't circumvent rate limits, scrape the tools at scale, or access the service with automated agents beyond normal use.
• Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
• Don't submit someone else's email address to the waitlist.

We may block access that violates these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, code, and branding belong to ShopDomainName. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopDomainName will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of the site — including any decision made in reliance on a valuation.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, grant any right to access the marketplace, or form any commercial relationship. Handling of your email is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. When the marketplace launches, participation in transactions will be governed by separate, explicit terms presented before you transact.
