1. What this service is
ShopDomainName is a landing page for a portfolio of domain names owned by its operator, together with a free domain valuation tool and a contact form. No transaction of any kind takes place on this site. We do not process payments, take card or bank details, hold funds, operate escrow, or transfer domain names. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Buying a listed domain happens elsewhere
Each name in the portfolio is listed for sale on an external marketplace, and the card for that name says which one. Following the link takes you off this site. Any purchase, payment, escrow arrangement, and domain transfer is a matter between you and that marketplace, governed entirely by their terms, their fees, and their buyer protections. We are not a party to it, we are not your agent, and we do not control what they charge or how they handle a dispute.
Listing details on this site — the price, which marketplace holds a name, and whether it is still available — are a copy of the external listing at the time we last updated it, and may be out of date at any moment. Each price is shown with the marketplace it came from and the date we last updated it. The marketplace listing is the authoritative source for price, availability, and terms; where the two differ, theirs governs. A price shown here is not an offer, is not binding on us or on the marketplace, and does not entitle you to buy at that figure. Names shown as "make an offer" have no published buy-now price.
3. Valuations are estimates
Valuations are automated, deterministic estimates derived from structural characteristics of a name (such as length, extension, pronounceability, and composition). They are provided for general information only. They are not appraisals, not financial or investment advice, and not a promise that any domain can be bought or sold at any price — including names in our own portfolio. Registration-status checks rely on public registry (RDAP) data and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on the tool for purchasing, selling, lending, tax, or legal decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't circumvent rate limits, scrape the tools at scale, or access the service with automated agents beyond normal use.
- Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
- Don't use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to submit someone else's details.
We may block access that violates these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code, and branding belong to ShopDomainName. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law. Marketplace names and logos referred to on this site belong to their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive — it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopDomainName will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of the site — including any decision made in reliance on a valuation, and including anything that happens after you follow an outbound link to an external marketplace.
7. Contact form and alerts
Sending a message or signing up for domain alerts does not create an account, grant any right to acquire any domain, or form any commercial relationship. Handling of your details is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will change when we do.
